Step 4 - System Implementation
Upon your sign-off of the proposal, we will draw up an implantation plan and discuss this with you. On completion of our work, we will provide you with adequate training on how to use your new installation. We will also provide you with a handover pack detailing all the elements of the system, and any necessary information (such as usernames and passwords). Once off-site, we can provide you with on-going support either on an adhoc basis or through a support agreement.
